DIET DILEMMA'S - GET BACK ON TRACK

We've all done it - you have a cheat meal and it turns into a cheat week! That one beer turns into many, and pizza, burgers, fries and dessert are thrown in for good measure!

If you are like I was you'll beat yourself up about it! Bad mistake - the stress and frustration of messing up on your diet can easily transform into a full week of junk food.

When your goal is to burn fat, build lean muscle and transform your body the diet side is a process. Like most things it does always go straight to the desired destination!

You will encounter 'ups and downs'. Sometimes you'll be totally strict and eating healthy, whilst there will be other times when hitting those calorie and macro goals temporarily falls to pieces. The key is to recognise this and get back on track asap. Accept it, but learn from it, and get back to what you know works.

It really is that simple. Today is a new day, and a new chance to get it right!
