When I asked guys, what didn't work about the last diet they tried...
The most common response is:
"It was too strict, I was so hungry all the time".
And I understand.
Because that's how I felt preparing for a bodybuilding competition in 2016...
Except below 8% body-fat, it's probably the closest to feeling like a 'zombie' other than World-War-Z actually coming true.
However, nobody needs to be a bodybuilder just maintain a Ripped, healthy and fit physique.
There are simpler, easier ways to 'diet' to lose weight and body fat.
Which, fortunately, I discovered 'the hard way' from my bodybuilding days (so you don't have to).
