Diet to avoid thrombi in older age .

So many people live up to old age without noticing that thrombi can occur in some part of vascular system. Thrombi are very dangerous and can cause death of person of older age .

If doctors have not found the occurrence of thrombi still you could prevent it . I will try to deliver what nutrients must have taken to improve and avoid death from it

Also intaking vitamin C in mega doses could improve systems 2- 3 gm a day ?if you organism is normal. Korean doctors advised patients with more need to take up 3 times a day long period of time. Certainly ,too much Vitamin C can cause kidney problems intaking in less amount is also beneficial .
