Died in vain

Some friendships die in vain.

They could have been something special but ego got the best and life happened.. You were left with losses.

But as you keep going, you came to a point where you stop crying for your losses, stop feeling sad about losing/leaving those relationships. You say NO. You put a full stop to it. You can see that you were imposing yourself. You may be confused, or scared, needy, hesitant or just dumb. But you chose to stay there, and now when you look back after losing your emotional attachment to it, you realize that times have changed, you have changed, you no longer feel the attachment or the fear which you used to feel then. You have transformed.

Good or Bad? - well everything changes its meaning. So can’t say if it was a good decision or bad, but for sure it felt good and right at that time.

You will find yourself alone many times.

But then further on this road, you start realizing that you are lucky if you have some 'sures' and some 'absolutes'. As you go further, you start appreciating them, because you have by now understood how rare they are, and they make your core, without which you may not be able to live fully or to whatever extent you are able to live this life.

And if you ever lose them and miss them, know that you just need to look up, you and they, both are under the same starry sky. Smile my dear.

It was a good day.

I hope for you all that you too witness more good days than bad, and be able to appreciate life and what you have. And oh by the way, how many of you actually realize that “YOU” are the most important thing you have. I hope if you already didn't realize that, you realize it now, and make the most of your time.
