VW factory in Dresden. It's a glass factory. You go up and you can see your car being made through theglass facade. You can see your car being born.So when you walk into a VW factory, you can look at what kind of fabric goes on the seat of your car.You can touch and feel it. You can even pick up the model of your car, and play with it. And then you wait for your car to be born. And while you're waiting, you can sit in a 3-D life-size simulator, and try out your new VW Phaeton. And that is experiential innovation.Dr. N Shehabuddeen
