On 11.12.2020, the German-speaking Dolibarr community meeting - the Doliday - took place for the third time with a new attendance record.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Doliday was held as a virtual meeting this time. Since this also eliminated the need for travel, we were able to set a new attendance record: 28 interested users, developers and Dolibarr partners from Germany, Austria, France and Belgium attended. Besides a very active exchange on all topics around Dolibarr, one of the highlights was the presentation of the next Major Release of Dolibarr (Version 13, planed for Januray 2021) through the Dolibarr project manager Laurent Destailleur.

Following the Doliday the annual general meeting of the Dolibarr e.V. took place. Here, too, more members were present than ever before. In the final election of the board, two new board members, Rüdiger Hahn and Udo Tamm, were elected. The board of the Dolibarr e.V. consists now of 5 members:

  • Guido Schratzer - Chairman
  • Jean Heimburger - cashier
  • Günter Lukas - secretary
  • Udo Tamm - deputy secretary
  • Rüdiger Hahn - public relations

What is Dolibarr:

 Dolibarr ERP & CRM is an excellent, modern easy-to-use browser-based software to manage businesses. Dolibarr is an OpenSource software and therefore royalty free to use. The first lines of code were released in 2002 in France by the initial software developer as an open source community project.
