IML Die cutting machine： (MQ-S-320Ⅳ, MQ-S-450IV）
Die cut printed IML. PET conveyor belt is used to taking the die cut product move out from the die cut head.
Anti-static bar is optional. Will be easier for feeding and separate the product from the wastage.
Protective film Die cutting machine：（MQ-S-320, MQ-S-450）
Normal protective like: Multilayer PET protective film, double label PE protective film, Printing protective film, PU protective film etc.
The protective film can be avoiding scratch of main material, avoid exist dust.
Also can be used for take the hole die cut wastage.
VHB foam tape Die Cutting Machine;（MQ-S-320C, MQ-S-450C）
Car logo fixing tape, Inside decorating part also use some fixing tape.
Relatively, such tape are thick, and sticky. Not easy to separate the die cut wastage from the product, easier stick to the cutting blade, after die cut, easier to stick to each other in short time.
According to the characteristic of the tape, we suggest to use C model for drag the cutting product.
Small rubber rolls are used for press the size of the liner, without press the VHB foam tape.
The angle for separate wastage is adjustable.
FPC Die cutting machine：（MQ-320H-W, MQ-420H-W FPC）

In the center, is the wastage. For traditional die cut, only use about 20-40 % glue. After using the gap die cutting, the usage can be about 60-80%, save quite a lot main adhesive tape.
OCA Die cutting machine：（MQ-S-320/420ⅤCombined machine、Rotary die cutting machine）
OCA optical adhesive is one of the important raw materials for touch screen. It is made of optical acrylic adhesive without base material, and then laminate release liner at the top and bottom side.
It is a double-sided adhesive tape without base material. According to the size of the display, die cut the relative tape. Normally, it is three layers, the surface anti-static light-release film, transparent colloid, and the heavy-release film for installation and fixation.
Special characteristics of the material causes the difficulty of die cutting processing. The OCA die cutting machine solves the problems of waste discharge, change liner and cutting.
Gap die cutting machine
It is a narrow long shape adhesive product used in mobile phones, tablet computers, Matebook, and monitors.
It is die-cut and formed. The product shape is particularly wasteful in the process of traditional die cut.
After using the gap cutting, can improve the utilization rate of the main material.
The gap cut can be L, S, J, long rectangle shape.

Trepanning die cutting machine, is using hole to fix the cutting position.

They can be used for several times die cut. According to different production process, the accuracy can be within 0.03-0.1mm
From the feeding to the end product, totally automatic, save quite a lot labors.
The working principle is for first die cut, cut holes at the 2 sides, for the next die cut, use pins to fix inside of the hole, to make sure die cut at the right position.
Few years back, people use connection machines for die cut twice. Nowadays, some product need to die cut five times or more.
TV long rectangle shape gap cutting machine：（CQT-300, CQT-500, CQT-700, CQT-1300)
If the length of the tape is ≥500mm, we call it long rectangle tape.
Most of such product need to be with finger lift.
Not easy to use normal die cutting, also not easy to separate the die cut wastage.
