Dev shared that his experience at the Emerson Channel has taught him much about lighting equipment within the Tufte Studio and the control room. He believes that communication and confidence are the essential soft skills he gained throughout his journey.

He said, "communication has been vital in every production. I've learned that the final product becomes much better when I communicate effectively. Confidence also plays a role in that you must be confident in the questions you raise and the skills you have."
