Didn't get an ITA in the P/GP program?

Never recieved an ITA in the P/GP stop being upset. A solution is to file an Humanitarian and Compassionate application. Yet year after year you never recieve an ITA! Processing times are faster then P/GP applications. You don't have to wait until the P/GP program opens. The sponsor has the funds required as per the P/GP program and meets all requirements but no ITA. Then wait to see if you get an ITA. What no ITA? File an Humaitarian and Compassionate appluication based on common sense plus.

Did you know that in 2022 P/GP program will issue 8,100 additional ITA's then tell those applicants, sorry we reached our quota!

Examples of Humanitarian and Compassionate factors are:

Education of child that will be affected if grandparents/parent are removed. Another important H&C factor is the bond between the grandparent's and their grandchild. P/GP will miss their child plus all the grandchildren if refused a chance to stay in Canada. Not getting an ITA will affect all members of the family and must be shown that the P/GP program just doesn't work. Lack of daycare spots where you live is another reason P/GP are needed. Funds available so that P/GP can support themselves without relying on Canadian goverment. The (BIoC) Best Interest of the Child must include lots of photos of the grandparents helping to raise their grandchild plus showing a strong bond between the grandparents and a child. Any and all reasons to show P/GP are deserving of compassion. Etc. etc

You should also focus on the sections of the act which would support you Humanitarian and Compassionate application, see the following,

3?(1)?The objectives of this Act with respect to immigration are,

  • (d)?to see that families are reunited in Canada;
  • (a)?to permit Canada to pursue the maximum social, cultural and economic benefits of immigration;
  • (e)?to promote the successful integration of permanent residents into Canada, while recognizing that integration involves mutual obligations for new immigrants and Canadian society;
  • (f)?to support, by means of consistent standards and prompt processing, the attainment of immigration goals established by the Government of Canada in consultation with the provinces;
