It includes the releasing of sciatic nerve and 2 sacral roots, ligation of several branches of hypogastric vessels and excision of piriformes muscle in a 27 year infertile nullipara with past history of sciatic paon, bladder dysfunction, bowel dysfunction and deep dyspareunia.
