New Leader Manufacturing (NLM) introduces an exciting Youth Registered Weld Apprenticeship Program in collaboration with Iowa's education authorities and local partners. We are excited to share our facility with City View Magnet High School and get first-hand exposure to a modern approach to teaching our future workforce. While City View now resides on the first floor, The Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance remains fully open and accessible to our valued members on the second floor.
We encourage you to stop by if you have any questions, need support or would like to talk to one of our staff members in-person. You can still enter through the front door and let the receptionist know that you’re here.
