Did You Quit Yet?

Last Friday marked "Quitter's Day" – the day most people abandon their New Year’s resolutions. It’s a phenomenon we see year after year, as motivation wanes and life gets in the way. But you didn’t set New Year’s resolutions, right? You’re a coach, and instead, you created a solid plan for your business. Or at least, I hope you did.

Your plan might include clear offers, well-timed conversion events, a strategic content plan, and revenue projections to keep you on track. Maybe you even mapped out your content topics for the year using the tools we’ve shared with you. If you did, congratulations! You’re already miles ahead of the crowd.

But what if you haven’t done this yet? What if your “plan” is still in your head, waiting to be organized, or worse, not yet thought through? Let me reassure you: there is still time.

They say, “If you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll definitely get there – but you may not like the destination.” So today is your chance to course-correct and make sure your destination is exactly where you want your business to go this year.

Why a Solid Plan is Critical for Your Coaching Business

As coaches, we guide our clients toward transformation. But how can we truly lead others if our own business isn’t guided by clarity and strategy? A strong plan doesn’t just keep you organized; it keeps you focused on the actions that move the needle, ensuring you hit your goals without burning out.

Here’s what a strong plan might include:

  1. Your Offers: What are your signature coaching packages, courses, or digital products this year? Are they designed to meet the needs of your ideal client in 2025?
  2. Conversion Events: Have you mapped out webinars, challenges, or masterclasses to attract and nurture your audience? These events are critical for filling your programs.
  3. Content Plan: Are you consistently sharing valuable content that builds trust and positions you as an authority? Have you scheduled posts, videos, and emails to align with your offers and events?
  4. Revenue Projections: Do you have a clear income goal for each quarter? Knowing your numbers can inspire and guide your efforts.
  5. Content Topics: Have you outlined your core themes for the year? Whether it’s monthly, quarterly, or weekly topics, having a roadmap ensures you stay relevant and consistent.

It’s Not Too Late

If you haven’t done this yet, don’t panic. Today is the perfect day to start. Block off a couple of hours to work on your plan, or if you’re feeling stuck, reach out for support. The tools and strategies we’ve shared with you can make this process simple and even fun.

Here are a few questions to guide you:

  • What is my primary revenue goal for this year?
  • What are the offers I’m most excited to share?
  • How can I align my content with my audience’s needs?
  • What’s one action I can take this week to move closer to my goals?

Quitter’s Day doesn’t have to mean anything to you if you’re focused on your bigger vision.?
