Did You Plan 2025 for Yourself Yet? (Download mine to use)

Did You Plan 2025 for Yourself Yet? (Download mine to use)

We do a lot of planning for our businesses. One of the modules I teach builds out a mini digital campaign so solopreneurs and small business owners can track their time backwards and be better prepared on the process.

But what about personal planning? Professional and personal development? Do you do any planning for yourself?

Is it hard for you to think ahead or to keep track of your goals or things you want to focus on?

Well, you know what's up. Here's YOUR PLANNER! It's free because this is a lead magnet. (My friends, at this point, you should know 75% of anything I produce is a lesson for online and offline small business owners.)

I made this into a PDF so you can choose and print more pages individually. I think there's something more powerful when you put pen to paper. If you want the Canva version, here you go. (But why?)

I am sending this to you before Thanksgiving so that you have more than 30 days (and next year) to think about your goals for yourself. There's no real timeline for your goals - you own your time, so you take all the time you need.

I suggest you build it at 30 days or 90 days to get started. Sometimes building out a year's worth of goals can be daunting if you are not used to doing this. Planning out quarter by quarter feels more doable.

??Causes To Consider??

Giving Tuesday is coming soon, and I wanted to make sure you're exposed to the following orgs. Please consider making a donation or volunteering your time!

  • Kid Save - https://www.kidsave.org/the-need/ - The org's mission is help older kids in foster care and orphanages be seen, find family, and thrive. They work with reunification in Africa and offer microloans to families; they also work with Ukrainian foster youth that age out in their Corporate Mentoring Program; and more. Thanks to Kim Tracy Prince for sharing about her org!
  • She Ready Foundation - https://www.shereadyfoundation.org/ - Full disclosure: I joined the board this Fall after attending their annual gala and getting to know their mission: offering resources to foster youth who age out of the US system and support to the kids still in the system. Note: their annual gala next Spring is themed Soul Train! (I'm open to chatting about sponsorships, if your company or organization is interested!)
  • World Central Kitchen - https://donate.wck.org/give/628338/#!/donation/checkout - Hurricanes Helene and Milton aftermath recovery is still going on in the Southeast. Just because we don't see it in the news doesn't mean people aren't stuck in the mountains or that their homes aren't destroyed. WCK brings meals to frontline workers as well as the people in the areas affected.
  • AbilityFirst - https://www.abilityfirst.org/ - My first nonprofit job had me working with parents of special needs children. AbilityFirst continues to stick with me over all these decades. The org provides resources and services for people who may not get the right services or equipment or programming.
  • Ruff Patches - https://www.ruffpatches.org/ - Speaking of first nonprofit job, my colleague from that job founded Ruff Patches and they continue to rescue animals in the Antelope Valley, CA area. I've watched Christina Kilby thrive as an animal trainer, rescuer, board member, and leader in this area, and this is her North Star.

Just like small businesses, nonprofits start out small and make a positive impact to the people (and animals) around them. What are your favorite nonprofits to support?

??Bits and Pieces??

This was a long one. I hope you do download my goal-setting planner and print out a few pages. My favorite is the weekly tending list which is an homage to PowerSheets!

More to come as I get some help updating the Google calendar of holidays!

Thanks for getting down to the bottom here. If you found this helpful, please subscribe & share!
