DID YOU MISS ME?
Before you ask if I lost track of the days, I didn’t. I was hoping to give you a first look at our brand new Percival Property Group website (filled with exciting sneak peeks of properties launching soon) but alas, we’re still ironing out a few details.
Instead of hitting send on my weekly email yesterday, the team and I dashed off to an early voting station. Our Saturday is jam-packed and if you’re planning on coming along for a look yourself, may I recommend you place your ballot ahead of time as well.
On the bright side, I’ve got plenty of new properties to share with you - from skyhomes to brick walk ups and everything in between, you’ll be hard pressed to find a property that doesn’t suit your wants and needs!
The weather certainly put on a show the night we captured photos at 610/8 Skyring Terrace, but even with grey clouds lingering during our first open home yesterday, the spectacular views of the sun setting behind the city skyline were a sight to behold! I reckon there are few better spots in Teneriffe to watch the sun ascend over Hamilton Hill, then fade to night as the city's lights begin to twinkle in the distance.
One of only eight skyhomes, designed by renowned architects Donovan Hill and perched atop the W4 Woolstore, enjoy modern, light-filled living on the border to Newstead. I have always had a soft spot for this style of property and I can’t wait to spend golden hours here for the next few weeks - provided this gem isn’t snapped up in the meantime!
We have yet to hold our first open home at 1/378 Bowen Terrace, but the interest in this New Farm apartment has been overwhelming. Owner-occupiers and investors, local and interstate alike are scrambling to get their hands on seventies brick units, and this apartment is an exceptional one.!
On the front corner of Lisa Court, in an elevated corner position overlooking the surrounding New Farm rooftops and blooming jacarandas, this home offers a fantastic floor plan. If you’re passing through the neighbourhood, our prominently placed signboard will ensure you don’t miss it and if I may, you should certainly stop in for a look!

Back in our usual stomping ground, we’ve just listed a property that is very close to my heart. Stepping inside 92/54 Vernon Terrace brings me right back to the early days of my career - ?it’s a nice reminder to stop and reflect on what the past decade has brought.
Wrapping around a 16 SQM courtyard and 12 metre atrium, this property offers exceptional privacy and quiet. With house-like proportions and a split level layout, carefully considered features add a touch of yesteryear charm to the home!
We’ve been busy preparing an exciting array of properties to take to market - more on that below - but we haven’t slowed down when it comes to sales either!
Once a Woolstore lover, always a Woolstore lover certainly rings true for both the buyers and sellers of 116/54 Vernon Terrace and 307/50 Macquarie Street who managed to secure their perfect next Woolstore in a perfectly orchestrated double deal. Securing a brilliant Brisbane base, I’m thrilled for the buyer of 213/50 Macquarie Street, who scored a spectacular Saratoga Woolstore home!
Alongside results from the polls, next week brings the launch of two more immaculate Woolstores, that could not be more different if they tried!
On the top floor of the Ansonia Woolstore, Unit 307 awaits, with soaring ceilings and a split-level layout beneath the sawtooth roof. Come take a pre-market look tomorrow, Saturday 26 October at 11 AM!
Coming to the market for the first time in nearly ten years, I cannot wait to take you through 9/22 Florence Street in the Winchcombe Carson Woolstore next week!
See you at one of our many open homes this weekend,
Ben
