Just over a year ago, we were in the iPhone moment for AI . However technologically , we were grappling with high cloud compute costs, surging prompt API , N prompt rising costs , large language sets , most of the Tech leaders asking us for AI bots or enterprise wide models that converted their big data lakes into Large language sets and one year to two year lengthy implementation times. The cost to implement - cost benefit and reduction in cost to serve - value first , people aligned seemed a distant dream .

But then, we discovered the Onion Model- (advocated by Esatto Stockholm - followed by Barack Obama and Britney Spears alike:-)

??During the last 14 months, the AI industry has experienced a 'Ketchup Effect' - a sudden burst of innovation and adoption, much like the sudden flow of ketchup from a glass bottle. nothing in the beginning and then suddenly a huge amount of ketchup where your fries get drowned and a soggy mess. Ridding on the Ketchup wave , we had taken a few chatgpt licenses and sprinked it as a "Beta" in HR , Operations and SCM to find out what an ideal prompt was - results productivity up only by 1.7% but cost of compute rose by 2.8-3.48 times in a single month.

We realised like the #burningBushMoment " The AI solution was not a tech science but human science that we had to lean on to get to market on speed and VALUE from AI first and remove bottlenecks and make it super useful with human emotion - collaboration !"
