Did you know a NEW roof will save you money?
We all know insurance premiums are continuing to increase BUT did you know that having a new roof will typically save you money on your insurance bill? This is true and honestly not too difficult to believe. For example, if you were the insurance company on the above picture, which roof would you rather insure and/or which roof do you think will be more likely to have a claim in the future???
Not too difficult a question to answer honestly and likewise for the insurance provider.
