A new feature that lets you create automated responses to frequently asked customer queries is being rolled out by Google for Business Profiles.

When someone messages your company using your Google Business Profile, you can propose questions for them to ask using this feature. It is similar to how a chatbot for customer care operates on company websites.

Additionally, you can automate responses to queries in the manner of a chatbot.

  1. In Google Search, search for "my business(Business Name)."
  2. Click Customers > Messages.
  3. Click Menu > Message settings > Manage frequently asked questions.
  4. Click + Add a question.

Ten questions can be added for each business profile. Maximum character limits for questions are 40 and for responses are 500, respectively.
