I have discussed the importance of the Customer Journey , and how personalizing that journey is critical to achieving sustained loyalty and continued growth. For many businesses, a vital component of the Customer Journey involves their website, and for most, it is their storefront.? I have seen how businesses in various industries can realize exponential growth by implementing a well-designed, intuitive, and responsive website. For many companies, their website is the beginning of the customer journey and plays a critical role in shaping and guiding that journey in several ways. If done right it can increase conversion rates by over 200%; however, if done wrong your business risks losing credibility and sales.

Your website is the first image customers have of your business and you want it to be not just good but GREAT!? One that will be positive, gain their trust, increase their satisfaction, and quickly and easily navigate them to the best solution.?
