Fourteen days into 2021 and we are already in a blizzard of bad news. No need to list them here, but consider what we achieve each day by simply getting out of bed. It is a triumph of hope. Just for today, maybe we can go easy on ourselves and when we look in the mirror, acknowledge that 'getting up and carrying on is brave and magnificent' indeed.
