Annual Financial Reviews

MV Properties takes great pride in advising our clients in building wealth through real estate. One of our key components is our Annual Financial Reviews with our clients. In these meetings, we look at each property’s performance, and make recommendations for a budget and business plan for the upcoming year.

We also take a strategic look at where the property fits in the client’s long-term goals. Do they want to acquire more real estate assets? Is the current debt on the property appropriate, or is there an opportunity for a smart refinance?

For existing clients, we will be scheduling these meetings with you in February.
