There are days when you wake up with such low energy levels that you cannot even lift a feather . There are also days where you have so much energy that you feel like being an avtaar of Shri Ram and break the ????? ?? ???? (The Bow of Lord Shiva was broken by Lord Rama to win Mata Sita in Swayamvar).
It may sound as a metaphor but this is what a normal human being faces during the day in terms of having the requisite energy to tackle the situations thrown by life at you. You may have 'n' problems, issues, client situations staring at your face but your body & mind does not respond in sync to deliver the desired outcome. This would have surely happened with everyone however we all tackle it by feigning ignorance or masquerading by wearing an excuse. The excuse will be showing yourself as 100% on top of the game while at the interior , you would be actually aching to escape.
Thus we can see that this is the wrong way to approach the issue . So what is the right way-The right way to manage such situations is by first identifying that Energy is the basis of every event which is occurring in the universe. The matter is never created or destroyed but it is only a transfer of energy. Nobel laureate Albert Einstein's famous theory of relativity also throws light in the same direction. Thus we need to understand about our own energy levels first.
If we observe ourselves carefully, each one of us will have different energy levels during different time periods of the day. It will also differ during different situations that we are facing. For example few of us including me feel at our optimum best only during the early wee hours and experience dip in energy as the day passes. For many the best time to operate at their productivity best is only during the late night hours. These late night birds will never be found in the morning and similarly the morning birds will be absent late nights.
The next fallacy is that we can change people. Once people are set in their ways, it will be really difficult to change that person. We feel that it is our moral right to impose our thoughts, wisdom on others. So I may want to influence everyone to adopt morning routine like me and in-fact for a great part of my married life, I was trying to convert my late night owl wife to mine morning person routine. However this never happened and kept me frustrated for a long time till i realised that it is futile(pun intended however there is nothing wrong or right about it).
The only way any change will happen is when one wants to drive it for himself/herself and not because someone else wants it for you. While facing unfavourable or undesirable situations, our body -mind adopts a low energy stance to avoid being part of this situation which is unwelcome. For example If a child loves playing and wants to rush to playing area as soon as he/she is back from school. At this point forcing the child to study will for sure lead him/her to sleep as he/she will present a tired exterior. He/she may not even realise that it is the subconscious self which is expressing self in face of the denial of playing.
The following are certain key pointers for getting charged for the day philosophy.
The solution here begins by first identifying your best time period of the day so that one is aware of the energy levels which will support you to perform tasks effectively. This battery check should typically be done in the morning in front of the mirror. The moment you realise that something is miss will allow you to mitigate the risks involved in such times whcih result in us not being at your fighting best.
Once we know our battery levels , we know the path to be taken. If the battery level is fully charged-we need not worry and just move ahead with our plans. We will observe that during this state , all is happening like clockwork. In case of battery levels being low, we know that recharge is required. However if the recharge is not immediately possible then at least we are aware that we will have low energy levels in the day and adjust accordingly to fight today's battles rather than become a nervous wreck by thinking of tomorrow.
In case of battery levels fluctuating because of the virtue of either being every active in the morning or very active during the night, then one must make sure to take up the critical tasks at the hour where we are at our best. We may even want to choose the most difficult task for the hour that we feel is our productive best and avoid the times when our productivity will be low.
The moment one knows that our energy levels are low like our battery is fully drained , then there is only one remedy which is to get the plug-ins recharged.
The effective recharge will be unique for everyone. Each individual will have his/her different means to get recharged. This recharge is akin to providing plugins for software in order to function properly. The following are some ways to recharge :-
There are many more ways to recharge and one needs to zero in on the way with which you relate the best or works the best for you. The bottom line is that doing such steps would ensure that one's energy levels are high and thus make one ready to face any life situations that may come up.
