As we're preparing for the upcoming Job Liberation Virtual Summit for Black Women, happening online May 18th-19th, one of the themes that has emerged is how many of us experience the 'Sunday Scaries' prior to starting another workweek at a toxic job.
Do you experience the Sunday Scaries?
If so, you're not alone. I experienced the Sunday Scaries at the toxic job I was in for years before I created my exit plan with the help of Black Women coaches and successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship.
The Sunday Scaries is also the reason I began going live on my YouTube channel on Sundays at 5pm PT because that is the time the dread would really start to creep in. ??
If you missed my weekly Sunday LIVE yesterday, you'll want to watch this replay by clicking below! Featured Summit Speaker, Patrice Lindo of Career Nomad, gave us so many gems about ways to start using your side hustle to replace your income from a toxic job.
Patrice's talk is From Passion to Paycheck: Transforming Your Side Hustle Into a Career, and she will be taking a deeper dive into how she used her side hustle to grow her income and provide us with practical steps.
