Did you ever fall in love with your best friend?

I recently had an experience that kind of threw me for a loop.?

?

I fell in love with someone who I never thought I would fall in love with. It’s someone who I have regarded as one of my best male friends and just had him in the “this is never going to happen” folder of my romantic life.

?

Well, it did—and for a minute. It was this magical, juicy, lovey experience that had me questioning so much in my life. And then it blew itself up—or he blew it up. Regardless, it blew up.

?

I learned a lot from this relationship, the blow-up, and the aftermath.?

?

F*ck… I’m still learning a lot.

?

But one of the biggest lessons for me in this and always is that I can always come home to myself.

?

No matter what happens. No matter who is in or out of my life. No matter what pain I experience.?

?

I am always able to come home to ME. REGINA. THE QUEEN OF MY LIFE AND REALITY.

?

And you also have the ability to come home yourself. Because the home inside of you is actually a safe haven.

Although, I think a lot of women don’t feel fully safe in their bodies or safe to just be with themselves.

?

This is one of the many reasons I curate the retreats I curate and take women to Tulum

?

On the journey to feeling safe in my body, time in Tulum has helped me realize that I am safe in my body and in my own presence.?

?

It has been on those beaches, in that water, that I have had my deepest healing experiences—not just through ceremony or breathwork, but actually through play, joy, dancing, great food, and beautiful friendships.

That is what will make this experience, April 4-9th in Tulum, different than other healing retreats. Because We get to do it all. The breathwork, sound healing, deep chats - but we also get to do the play, the joy, the fun, and the dancing.?

?

I have 3 spots left, one of which is probably for you. Click here to apply.
