Did You Double Check? ??

A little while ago, one of my team members came to me and said, "When I am looking into my own investments, how do I know if I am putting my money in a 'good' deal?"

I was surprised by the question since I thought I talked a lot about due diligence in content and conversations, but honestly, I noticed I don't bring it up enough!?

Our conversation sparked today's Money Ripples Podcast episode. I am going over 5 of the MOST IMPORTANT things to keep in mind when considering to invest with someone in a deal. A few of those points include:

• Company Track Record: Have they done this before and are they legit.
• Skin in the Game: Do they have their own money in the investment?
• Financial Health: Has this company had stabilized financials over the years?
