From innate Human Ego to Power Struggle; and Short cut to Catalyst

Every person’s existence is a voyage. Unlike other journeys with the unforeseen destination, the human endeavor has a reliable beginning and end with unlimited uproar in between. What happens in our lives is what we make off from the day we are born until we die. We are selfish as selves, feel protected in factions, confident when praised.

We even “arrogantly” now and then enjoy the countenance we belong to, as awarding ourselves jointly in the convenience of those who hold the same traits in the profile. And ultimately, still, we hate the mendacity to strive to back our “individual” uniqueness too.

Human infatuation with power and influence is instinctive. Aptitude and preeminence is the ingrained instrument to place humans forth of the game.

The “power” tends to render us, humans, as agile. Nevertheless, If he or -she senses the likelihood of defeat solo, it will shape a coalition, only then finding the self struggling to find a way to dominate the pack till the mission accomplished to please his personal challenge.

When ethically admonished, an individual would consider the group’s intuition within the undertaking, yet, unsurprisingly and not early through the mission, dominance must be secured, notwithstanding the collateral destruction. Still, most controversial egotistically is the prerogative of the humankind to entertain the profile he welcomes, as distinctively rejects criticism even if for the deserving cause, or a casual to be wrong.

We, as the unconditionally accepted genus of humanity, will have to willingly and subjectively stamp to instruct ourselves to encroach egoistic inclinations, yet to find us in the midpoint of abstraction by the mainstream multitude. If we reach dreadlock of the turn of character, some of us will compete, few will seek timesavers, and others try to curb their environs for power, politics, and monopoly.

Extreme Sense of Empowerment- a catalyst for Tyranny

As we have witnessed at the sections of political biographies as well as contemporaneous authoritative headings, the supremacy and sense of grandiosity are two of the unique attributes of typical political leaders.

The factors of power are diverse, but some universally portrayed ones are the economic and political authorities with six dominant societal power influencers-

1. The Power of Reward- Which functions like the capacity to offer bonuses when others fulfill a wish
2. Coercive power- which compels the ability to utter reprimands by order of the leaders as the adverse consequences of a forbidden action
3. Referent Power- is wherever role models are the essential component of the leadership, such as those of celebrity figures whom, if elected as leader, irrespective of his or her knowledge, talent and ability will carry notable weight on delivering a call to action on its followers. That is by far the most dangerous of all powers since it encompasses extreme trust components.
4. The Power of Legitimacy- is a fascinating one where the control guaranteed by the positional authority of the leadership, henceforward, is the principal performer in a system at risk of monopoly and nepotism.
5. Expert Power- as we often use it in phrases such as- “Knowledge is power,” is where skills or knowledge are the ultimate sources of authority.
6. The Informational Power- is the most ephemeral of all endowments, hence once we give up our information, then we give our power away too.

Something that puts Informational Power apart from others is its frangibleness. Because it’s grounded in what we know about the context of a particular circumstance. Leaders have traditionally adopted the means of eliminating the person or persons to recapture or prevent imminent loss of informational power, something that is familiarized within now’s political scandals and biased interpretive journalism. Other classes of power are autonomously collaborative.

The Secret for Predominating Power

To prevail, the instrument of power delegates the design of a mechanism by which he or -she can command and escort the operation of the system to remunerating his ardor. To attain control, one would take that extra step to, curb, and undertake the necessary exertion of power and authority within a community that permits the reign over the public resources and establishes procedures within that community.

Political Power over social tenet and economic prosperity assert itself by warranting hefty resources at the clutch of the leaders and furnishing additional capacity to enforce further economic decisiveness, such as allocation of capitals and apportioning of properties and services. Most importantly, for a political power to preponderate, the centralization of clout is essential. Thus avails strategic dominance over the sovereignty of the individuals and the mainstream.

It conventionally happens in governments to what end the power of lawful authority is implemented by a de facto political exec to which federal states, local jurisdictions, and smaller units are regarded to be the theme.

In a sociopolitical structure, centralization transpires thru the transference of power. Although, in theory, in a “supposedly” sovereign res publica, where every citizen is in control, still, only a few have the power to exercise that privilege. Then, the elected pay their way to authority, henceforth to control stealing the power away from its lawful owners, “The People.”

Yes! -Again! — and, Unfortunately, Money is the Catalyst of all powers!

It can overwhelm the ability of the vacuum by way of a tactical approach. Meaning, when one or more power elements such as information, expert, or even legitimacy are constrained, fiscal power would be able to compensate for the deficit. Such a phenomenon is currently applied in the modern monopoly and kickback rituals of now.

“As justified, money is the major catalyst of all powers.”

Nonetheless, the irony of all- while accumulating an increasing level of political influence, one may even need lesser bankrolling to secure power.
