James II and VII (14 October 1633O.S. – 16 September 1701[1]) was King of England and Ireland as James II and King of Scotland as James VII,[3] from 6 February 1685 until he was deposed in the Glorious Revolution of 1688. He was the last Roman Catholic monarch of England, Scotland and Ireland. James is best known for his struggles with the English Parliament and his attempts to create religious liberty for English Roman Catholics and Protestant nonconformists, against the wishes of the Anglican establishment. This tension made James's four-year reign a struggle for supremacy between Parliament and the Crown, resulting in his deposition, the passage of the Bill of Rights, and the accession of his daughter and her husband as queen and king.
Living a lifetime without any knowledge of who one is and who they come from has so many disadvantages, especially in terms of being able to give back and contribute to society. Maybe someday, someway, we will see this idea I am proposing in the video come to fruition worldwide on behalf of all of the little children who continue growing up having no idea of who they are and who they come from. Any input/ideas about how to make this happen are appreciated. I created this video for my Senior Seminar Class at Huntington University - I was awarded an A! Thank you Professor Lee!
