One of the benefits of the smartWLI systems is the good data quality on "tricky" as diamond tools or textile samples with transparent objects and multiple reflections.

But high resolution surface data needs to be analysed. The coming up MountainsMap 8 will be significant faster and get extended functions to classify the structures.

While the final version is announced for June the Beta version will be demonstrated with first samples on the Control show.
