A Dialogue Platform to enable Digital Transformation in Asia

Digital Transformation needs a dialogue, a mindset shift and new perspectives. It cannot be done in silos or individually by a team or a company and requires collaboration, talking about barriers and best practices openly. 

Capability building, understanding processes, leadership buy in and organizational re-structuring are few things to be dealt with among a lot more when it comes to digital business transformation. 

As much as I like to talk about this topic, I also love to hear about the genuine problems that business leaders and practitioners are going through.  No report, no presentation can tell you more realistically about the current state of transformation in Asia than talking to people face to face. After all digital transformation is more about people rather than technology and systems. 

To make this happen, last month we started with the Digital Transformation Singapore Talk series, a community bringing together individuals from all industries, job functions and roles to talk about different aspects of this transformation. 

I was overwhelmed with the response we got in the first one with around 70 attendees and more than 400 digital transformers who have now become a part of the community. Want to see what we spoke about?
