Diagramming Tool - And the winner is...

Diagrams.net - I will use this tool as it is good enough for my needs. Their corporate philosophy of providing free, high quality diagramming software for everyone is perfectly aligned with my zero dollar budget.

Lucid Charts - Lots of folks indicated that they are very pleased with Lucid Charts. If you have budget ($8/month - gasp!), you should be quite happy with this tool.
