A pivotal "AHA" moment for me has been observing the transformative effect that these experiences are having on our employees, the sense of enthusiasm and buzz that permeate the corridors after one of the activities, the stories shared, the heightened sense of empathy in how a leader works with his team, a stronger inclination towards collaboration. These volunteer activities not only unlock biases but also bring a renewed vibrancy towards our sense of being ‘externally oriented’.
