1. Pain Management- Hot and Cold pack or TENS
2. Patient Education- Foot wear Guidance
3. Gait and Posture Training- Evaluate the proper walking Pattern
4. Sensory and Motor Training- Proprioceptive Training
5. Strengthening Exercises- To strength the weaknend muscles
6. Neurological Re-education- To improve coordination and fine-motor skills exercises.
