On this page, you can compile a list of questions and answers that your customers may ask on a regular basis. Here is where you can be very open and transparent with the differences between the different shipping options that you offer to your customers. For example, you need to be very clear about the estimated time of delivery of the customer’s products. Will your customers be able to track their packages with the shipping options they choose? Are there any duties and taxes that the customer must consider when selecting their preferred shipping option??
With DHL’s Express shipping option, packages usually take two to three days, customers can track their shipment and there is an added advantage of a DTP service. DTP means ‘Duties & Taxes Paid’ which means that when the customer receives their package, they will not have any additional charges to pay to receive the package as it would’ve already been covered by the shipper. This cost can usually be worked into the pricing of the item or the shipping cost. An FAQ page will be able to provide transparency and peace of mind for the customer so they understand exactly what they are receiving when they select either of your shipping options.?
