Turf Remediation

OxyTurf is an organic plant-based solution used for the remediation of soil profiles on sports turf. The solution has numerous positive attributes for Greenkeepers and Groundsman alike. The predominant value contribution being OxyTurf provides for increased slow-release dissolved oxygen within the soil profile while activating positive microbial activity, preventing thatch build-up, black layer and compaction.

Benefits can be noted immediately with the greening of the grass which can be seen on the photo on the right shot 5 minutes after treatment with the treated side being on the left. Over time the thatch and black layer will improve, the root volume improves with far greater absorption and the general soil biology and profile improve dramatically.

On the left, this photograph shows the morning after the treatment performed in the above photo with OxyTurf. One can see the dew is apparent only on the untreated control side. The treated side on the left continued for several days to have no dew formation, indicating OxyTurf lowers the surface tension of water sustainably allowing for improved and uniform penetration and percolation. Additionally, this will become very useful for frost prevention.

The composition includes extracts from a variety of naturally occurring plants. The process of extraction is mechanical with the use of low heating. No genetically modified organisms. The toxicology tests prove to be 100% non-toxic: Zucconi Germination Index 100% @ 1:24 H2O dilution; Inhibitor materials <2.00 equitox/m3 Bioluminiscence inhib./C5110184 (non-detectable) @ 1:24 H2O dilution.
