With CMC Global, the collaboration with our client - a top German Fintech startup is one of the excellent projects in 2023 of DE1 in EU - US market. Being entrusted with project ownership, and accompanying the company's development is a great honor for us.?

??"Can you unveil some information about the project you are working on?"?

Our client is an impact start-up, implementing solar energy solutions that generate economic and environmental returns, all financed by crowd investors.?

With a capital of $34 million and a global presence across multiple countries, the patron is a pivotal client in the German market, granting CMC Global with opportunities for development and extensive cooperation with other clients in the EU market.?

Our team consists of 14 headcounts who are seasoned veterans from DE1 of GEUS. With the vision of maintaining operations until the end of 2024, we are currently developing and improving 3 key websites for the client. In the future, the client plans to build additional platforms on mobile devices, promising significant potential for project development.?

?? In your opinion, what factors contribute to the project's success and potential development??

Currently, the project is still running with many potentials for development. The factors that enable the project to ramp up rapidly are the quality of work and the ability of swift recruitment as well as fast onboarding time.?

The dedication of the team has enabled the client to fully trust in assigning many responsibilities to the delivery team. Despite having to work overtime regularly, the entire team always strives to complete the tasks assigned to the best of their abilities.?

That would be “3C - Challenging - Complicated - Chill." (laugh)?

The workload is heavy with many challenging and complex tasks, but the entire team remains very "chill”.??

In fact, our client is particularly careful and meticulous in planning every milestone, demanding high-quality tasks at work. However, they do not micromanage but hand over many important technological decisions for us. To achieve this relaxation, the team has made efforts to work diligently and communicate transparently with the customer.?

Being empowered with project ownership is also a significant challenge for the team to prove our capabilities through the project's quality. Our motto is to always consider ourselves as true employees of the client, striving to deliver the most practical solutions to help them optimize operations and succeed in securing funding in subsequent rounds.?

Before collaborating with CMC Global, our counterparty had previously worked with other vendors whose code quality was not very good. Therefore, when starting the project, team members had to make a lot of effort to maintain quality and ensure smooth website operation.?

At the beginning of the project, time zone difference was an inevitable challenge, but the professional work ethic of the team made the implementation process smoother.?

Since Germany is 6 hours behind of Vietnam, the evening of team members is the client's afternoon. Therefore, the team often must be on task after working hours, promptly responding to client requests and resolving urgent website issues. This not only ensures the progress of work but also saves time for both parties.?

As a Project Manager, I am the bridge connecting closely between the team and client. In the initial period, the project was a bit disorganized, but after several meetings with all parties involved, I was able to identify existing issues and grasp the general team spirit. Then, I applied my own techniques in team management to help both sides understand each other better, collaborate more effectively and transparently?
