Device Technologies Group, leading provider of innovative medical solutions, has entered an agreement to purchase the Venusys and Infinity Group of Companies, which includes the organisations Fusion Scientific, Bits Medical, and Vennbio Nutriceutical.

The strategic move marks a pivotal moment in Device Technologies Group’s continued expansion, as the first acquisition by our South-East Asian business. This solidifies its commitment to enhancing healthcare solutions in the region and adds to its impressive portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.?

This acquisition moves Device Technologies Group into a new market segment of point of care imaging technology. It also expands its capabilities in the aesthetics market while providing the opportunity for both Venusys and Infinity to leverage Device’s Asia footprint to expand beyond Malaysia and Singapore.?
