TRAMES Unique

They are machines that measure the dimensions of products, fully customized to the customer's needs.

Reference in 2024: KOLEKTOR ETRA – Measurement machine for transformer laminations dimensions.

TRAMES Inspection

They are integrated or standalone systems that enable complete control using machine vision. Advanced algorithms enhance the stability and repeatability of the production process. Our focus is on detecting visible imperfections, such as thermal cracks.

Reference in 2024: Surface inspection of aluminum castings is becoming an increasingly important topic in all modern foundry industry. Due to the specific composition of electric vehicles, quality requirements for surface inspection are tightening across all sectors. Based on a strong reference in the foundry industry—where our system has already inspected hundreds of thousands of castings—we have attracted the interest of major European manufacturers. We conducted extensive feasibility studies on surface quality control and developed machine concepts.

TRAMES

Starting last year, a third category is being introduced, focusing on TRAMES measurement systems. These systems check the functional characteristics and electrical measurements of devices. The devices are mostly integrated at the client's location, Hisense Europe (for their brand Gorenje).
