development of touristic villages

old villages are often suffering as their commercial activities are being damaged by the proximity of commercial centers , as young people are moving to large cities to find jobs and as the villages do not attract any companies

what can we do about it , I am sure that this is a problem in many countries , we started to think about the need of touristic flow in a touristic village of 1000 people that would sustain the economic activity of the various shops ie the baker , the librairy and small shop , the restaurants etc

according to ATOUT FRANCE the average spending of tourists during their holidays is around 120 € per day , so imagine a scathered aparthotel with 100 beds minimum and a 60 % occupancy , this would generate 3-400 000 € of local expenses in the village and in the regional area , it is sufficient to save the economy of the village

we have now the opportunity to develop this concept in EUROPE and will work with two investments funds for the real estate activity and we intend to create a touristic product that will invite customers to return in the area thanks to the touristic experiences we shall propose

the name of the concept is being registered and we are creating the companies as well as the website , an other 90 days and we shall be ready
