DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF THE SPECIAL COACH PROJECT OF THE NEW BRAND NOE DESIGN2LIFE'

Those who follow me know that for many years I have been working on the project of a new brand of special coach called NOE Design2life.? I have demonstrated its advantages and competitive advantage in over 60 articles, at least a hundred publications, presentations: as a reminder, link: https://lnkd.in/eEMNV5f ?and documents describing innovation, selection of recipients and development opportunities, as well as promotion of https://lnkd.in/dDN7EPCs

Due to the seriousness and huge size of this project (in principle developed from A – project to Z of the final product), in recent years I have launched a certain scenario of creating several organizations in order to bring closer the chance of finding a strategic partner for cooperation with the simultaneous acquisition of financing for the planned project from the external market. As a result of these plans and as a consequence, I had to launch during these struggles, among others: "Group – Design2life'- Poland", the main goal of which was to select from among potential institutions, companies in the world interested in my product in the context of its future order to meet their needs. To which group I invited potential recipients from all over the world, including: non-governmental institutions, foundations, associations, transport carriers, medical, tourist, sports and government institutes. These actions turned out to be very substantive and promising for me. So I am glad about these reports and the reaction of the not indifferent interest.

It was enough for me to take a systemic approach to this problem and achieve opinions that were very encouraging to me as a result of many, really many individual conversations that began from the publication of the article https://www.dhirubhai.net/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7205898542756818944/ ?in my Linkedin Group: https://lnkd.in/dsmNWqNk ?. But I also created another organizational structure described in the article: https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/im-doing-myself-world-needs-noe-design2life-coach-special-krutul/ I established the "Consortium – NOE Design2life' – Poland". Where it already houses mainly potential manufacturers of various assortments, products, tool dies, designers, suppliers of equipment, components and even H2 engines. The activities were aimed primarily at all those who make a given product the best in the world in their industries and with specializations necessary to be used in our specific innovative technology and production line for our NOE - at the moment are about 25 of these entities from all over the world, they are able to provide materials, make the part or assemblies of parts we need, so that in the future - " Assembly plant ?NOE Design2life'-Poland" - we can process all this and assemble, test, test, homologate and introduce an innovative brand of coach to road traffic. Sell at least two prototypes and start the next ones from the production line, starting another expansive development of the company after the previous protection of patent rights (5) and industrial design, creating an unrivaled advantage of the company in the industry market of the world for years.?

But also to try in the near future to implement my innovative technologies, solutions in other industries and external plants, such as: for the production of trains, trucks, even airplanes, wherever other materials such as aluminum, steel sheets, and even FG or CF (which are the most expensive) are used for polycarbonates (PC) with much cheaper and simpler technology to be replaced. By making these attempts not only in Poland, but even above all on global markets (e.g. in the UAE, USA, China, India, Brazil, Turkey and to a lesser extent the EU), where we expect confirmation of the proposed export of the NOE coach and similar applications in other industries.

The bridgehead of these changes and initiatives has become Studio-Design2life' – a department at my main company: Design & Components VIP Coach Sp. z o.o. Acting independently without external support.

Last year, I also established "Foundation2life' for Ukraine". A foundation established to pursue public benefit goals (in each of the founding countries involved, ultimately operating on an international scale); consisting in the provision of services – servicing selected groups of tour operators serving disabled passengers, patients, pensioners and war veterans by providing them with sightseeing recreation, transport to rehabilitation centers thanks to a new vehicle specially built for them by a special NOE Design2life bus. With the intention of raising funds, https://lnkd.in/dUJcdmfq ?donations to launch marketing initiatives also basic needs for the development of Studio-Design2life', and since last spring I have even offered fleeing women, families from Ukraine help in accommodating them in my home, (even exposing my activity present on the pages of the portal as in this link: https:Airbnb.com/h/centermiro-2life ?for illustrative purposes, as well as to emphasize the credibility of my person,? in what conditions they would live).

Who could take up a job with me here, or rather cooperation in my home and Studio, striving to achieve the main goal of preparing the visualization, presentation and preliminary technical documentation of the coach with the Medi Bus model – NOE Design2life, which, above all, thanks to their graphic and design skills in CAD 3D greater than me, we could move forward together on the basis of my idea,?? But before that could happen, I would first have to organize at least three new jobs for them. This is the minimum of current expectations. And despite the fact that even within my personal construction capabilities and great determination, I expanded the house with more rooms with a design studio, thinking that in about two months I would be ready to put in the necessary equipment and furnishings after the finishing works. However, it will not be a set of needs that I will be able to meet on my own. That is why I am asking my supporters and those who want to help me as a private person, institutions that are often less known, but with a big heart, donors from distant corners of the world. Materials: clay, other modeling assortments, also such as you have in your imagination and experience. Such that (and the possibility of sacrifice) we could build the resources of a modern and active Design Studio. We are facing a great opportunity for the development of our company, which we want to share among Ukrainian professionals. And in this way, unfortunately, increase our assets in relation to the requirements that are set by us, or suggested today mainly by potential partners selected from "Group II Life'- Poland".

o?? Ultimately, striving to recapitalize the company together with a strategic partner, but also with a team of employees living in my house and working in my Studio, even creating a JV with them and some moderate expansion in the development of the company. Within our own capabilities, without you, the development will progress at a very slow pace, this is understandable, in the meantime we will try to use smaller, fragmentary projects, maybe even benefit from dividing the entire NOE project into several parts and selling them in fragments, which will give funds for the whole, losing complexity along the way, but achieving the life of the company. Or if I were forced and determined, I would also try to design other products on my own, including semi-trailers for various vehicles of the armed forces or border services, police and anti-terrorist groups. So that it can generate something that could support the NOE chief coach project. The current lack of revenue generated from this work has devalued the stocks and even the technical resources with which I could move forward, i.e. learning new programs for CAD design, or 3D visualization, and AI, usually also paid access versions. Mainly to improve the methods of communication and promotion of a product with a higher engineering level.
