A development with an historic twist
We're just putting the finishing touches to a new project and this one is local. A redevelopment of an old Tudor style building which is being restored into guest studios, guest rooms and a co-living community.
The name comes from the Viking settlement which once stood on the river in Selbi (1050), which means 'sallow tree settlement'.
The branding connects the name, building, room themes, historic town and the local countryside – whilst ensuring the quality of the stay. The detail in the tree shows an architect feature of the building when animated.
The typographical route also reinforces the branding and helps communicate the core messages.
We used a local photographer Steve Husband who captures some great imagery of the town – night and day.
We're looking forward to showing the project in more detail on the website soon.
