The "Implementation Rules" are divided into 7 parts: the scope and conditions of promotion products, the conditions of promotion enterprises, the promotion period, promotion subsidy standards, promotion qualification applications, subsidy fund application and appropriation, and penalties. The promotion products are three-phase 10 kV application voltage level, Non-excitation voltage regulation, energy efficiency level 2 and above, oil-immersed transformers with a rated capacity of 30 kVA-1600 kVA and dry-type distribution transformers with a rated capacity of 30 kVA-2500 kVA.
