With the appointment of a new Provost, David Isaac CBE, in July 2021, the College has recently developed an ambitious new five-year strategic plan, which will ensure that it sets the benchmark for an Oxford college that is progressive, outward facing and contributes to society, while being proud of its traditions and heritage.?The appointment of a new Development Director to lead fundraising and alumni engagement across the College is an important key to achieving these strategic goals.?
The Development Director reports to the Provost and leads a small and friendly team, with the scope to grow and expand further. One of the main responsibilities of the role will be to enrich the long-term relationships between the College and its wider community in support of a range of development priorities. The postholder will also have overall responsibility for the College's comprehensive alumni relations programme, ensuring that it continues to evolve to meet the needs of its global alumni body.?
