DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR | ST HILDA'S COLLEGE OXFORD
Founded in 1893, St Hilda’s College offers a welcoming academic home to our diverse collegiate community of over 600 students and Fellows, who together with our staff seek to perform to the College’s values of excellence and equality.
From its modest beginnings as a women’s college, St Hilda’s opened its doors to male students in 2008 and was one of the last of the Oxford women’s colleges to ‘go mixed’. We care deeply about social inclusivity and enabling young people with great promise to come together to enhance their intellectual and creative potential.
Just a stone’s throw from Oxford’s High Street, the neighbouring colleges and dreaming spires of our world-class University, St Hilda’s thinks and acts ‘outside the Quad’. Unashamedly progressive, we have recently completed our award-winning 125th Anniversary Building and Pavilion, contemporary buildings that fit beautifully into our riverside heritage site with its charming, biodiverse and sustainably run grounds, on the banks of the meandering river Cherwell.
St Hilda’s has bold and ambitious goals. Our 2024-2029 strategic plan is in creation and the appointment of a new Development Director to lead alumnae engagement and fundraising is critical to achieving our priorities.
