If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then here is good news for you: with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience, you could become and Global Development Consultant.

If you’re an ambitious professional with a passion for leadership, while making the world a better place, I’d like to tell you a story…

George came to me for guidance and support one day because I’m an expert in working with young, ambitious, emerging leaders.

He earned just $275 a month as a bank teller (Cashier) here in Liberia.

But he wasn’t happy; he wasn’t motivated, and he simply wasn’t able to provide for his family.

He wanted something more.

He wanted to make an impact.

He wanted to make a difference.

And it was clear to me that he was capable of so much more.

You see, I’m trained in deep coaching skills. I have a background in business development and leadership. I have a passion for supporting young leaders. This is what I've done for the last 11+ years.

So, I said, let’s talk.

He jumped at the opportunity.

And we went deep together.

He was open and honest and authentic. He shared what he’d really love to create, the impact he wants to make – right in Liberia – and the legacy he’d love to leave.

He left our conversation with a renewed sense of confidence.

George approached the leaders of his bank and made the case for a more challenging role.

They said, Yes.

He made the case for a salary increase.

They said, Yes. And within a week he’d been offered a new position at almost DOUBLE his original salary.

But he wanted something more.

Not money.

But IMPACT.

So he applied for a job he wanted but didn't feel he had a shot at.

And he was called in for an interview.

The evening before the interview George asked to speak with me because he was so scared and nervous.

His heart was pounding, his palms were clammy and beads of sweat were dripping down the sides of his forehead as he imagined this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity ahead of him.

We talked for almost an hour. And once again, he was open and honest and authentic.

And once again, he left our conversation with a renewed sense of confidence.

He felt his power burning within him.

He knew – deep down – that he was destined for leadership.

And the next day, he aced the interview.

They offered him the position AND a salary of over 6 times what he earned at the bank. These days, George gets to wake up every morning with a feeling of being intensely alive.

He’s making the impact he always wanted to make.

He’s making a contribution.

And he’s leaving a legacy.

And then there's Patrick.

When I met Patrick, he was still a classroom teacher at 2 schools, and tutoring as well. With all that amount of work, he still earned less than $500 a month. Through my guidance today, he regularly commands up to $400 per day as a youth development and educational consultant.

He's even gone on to begin coach other teachers on how to make extra cash through their teaching skills.

And then there's Michelle whom I met while on a consulting project in the Office of the President of Liberia. She worked there. She later engaged me for personal coaching. Today, together with her mom, they've launched an Independent Strategy Consulting Firm
