Development of the Concept – NOE Design2life' project in support of the startup "Foundation2life for War Veterans- Special Bus"

Pandemic, war into more wars, global crises, natural disasters - recently fires in Los Angeles are a reason to make changes in the beneficiary and goals to achieve progress in the development of the Concept – NOE Design2life project in support of the startup "Foundation2life for War Veterans", more specifically "Special Bus"

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Through the prism of the past time and surprising events: the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, Israel, Gaza and other social unrest, or the global crisis in the world, being flexible in my business plans, I am pleased to inform you that after the great creative and design work of the new Concept bus brand - NOE Design2life, I am also looking for investors and partners to finance the project.

Currently, I have decided to offer you participation in another subsidiary economic initiative with my main company, Design & Components VIP Coach Sp. z o.o. together with its department: Studio-Design2life' in "Founadion2life – Special Bus" (still known today with the name "Foundation2life for Ukrainias)" - Sister business entity with legal, impersonal, corporate personality - Foundation2life - established for the implementation of public benefit goals, ultimately operating with an international reach;? consisting in providing design services for its own coach factory, but also for external in the world interested in the production of strictly special coaches, for selected groups of tour operators serving passengers:?

?? priority for the transport of war veterans to rehabilitation centres in the MEDI Bus model – NOE Design2life',

?? in the second place for the transport of the disabled, patients, pensioners, providing them with sightseeing leisure in the model: Antidotum COVI Travel – NOE Design2life',

?? in a body with a specially produced new brand of coach NOE Design2life, which by the foundation would be designed and manufactured ultimately by the company accepting the order (after external capitalization) DCVC Sp. z o.o., the above-mentioned mother, changing into the manufacturer Design2life' Special Bus - Poland Ltd.

Thanks to this concept, potential donors of capital and assets will be able to build a separate financial estate for the implementation and financing of these projects, as mentioned above, including the continuous construction of the new NOE Design2life bus brand. Thanks to these initiatives, the Foundation will first obtain a professional 3D visualization, with technical documentation in CAD 3D and scale models: 1:10 of the coach body and 1:4 of the passenger deck, for future products through a prototype, buses for many countries with special use for the service of selected groups of recipients of specific purposes, realizing as a foundation the assumed main goal, which is, in my opinion, the noble goal of the target service:? people with disabilities, pensioners and war veterans by tour operators - ordering companies.

We can assume that the final path of our development will be chosen by our readers of this article, as well as many individual interlocutors during this campaign, which in this scenario can certainly translate into reaching decision-makers, including representatives of good will from among significant companies from around the world.? Who, seeing my long-term commitment to the project, with my determination to introduce an innovative product to the markets with a global reach, with bus manufacturing technology, the selection of materials in the groundbreaking Design2life's exterior (which is not yet finally presented, and even more so not yet promoted interior due to the protection and secrecy of the ownership of the industrial design, which can only guarantee success for all founders and investors. These are the main assumptions of my initiatives given for the development of the project.

What are the needs for today, for the coming months "Foundation2life - Special Bus"?!

In the older structure, "Foundation2life' for Ukrainians" – the main goal was to help mainly Ukrainian women to live in my house, offering them a job – and more cooperation within the development of my Studio-Design2life, who could develop their qualifications as a product visualization in 3D, or a designer in CAD on a partnership basis. Without the cost of accommodation in my home in the resort location with humanitarian aid available from the Government in my Motherland for the benefit of the Ukrainians. The time that has passed has verified these expectations, the war has become commonplace, Ukrainian women have returned to their country, or stayed in other countries more prosperous than Poland. In the meantime, other wars and other needs from other directions or threat fronts have also appeared. Therefore, I will not cling to previous arrangements that did not translate into benefits for my Studio and Foundation, which in its previous name no longer worked as expected. It will continue to function until 1/2 year. I decided to extend it by another one for other countries, and therefore I generalized it in the name more for the purposes of "Special Bus", than for the nationality to which I previously directed my involvement.?

All other assumptions will remain unchanged, i.e. as it usually happens in my disposition – I do not give up, I continue to fight for better conditions for potential collaborators in my Studio-Design2life from other directions or sources. I used all my free time from my current work - the promotion of my design and technological projects - to expand my house for the purposes of running an extended business in it. Among other things, I made an extension with more bay windows for the Design Studio (without the final finish yet), with new social facilities. Heroically striving to separate about 1/3 of the area of about 330 m2 in my property for the development of the company's activities.

However, before I can do this, I will have to prepare funds for the purchase of computer equipment for at least three to five new jobs for them. It will not be a set of needs that I will be able to meet on my own. That is why I ask encouraging observers and willing to help private individuals, institutions often less known, but with a big heart or the capabilities of donors from distant corners of the world. We ask for financial help to complete the expansion of our studio and studio with technical resources, including: computers, laptops, WACOM tablets, monitors, accessories, or other necessary equipment necessary to create at least three to five new workstations (these can be used equipment that you no longer need with smaller older parameters), all power tools, etc., tools for the studio for the next two workstations,? including sets of chisels for modeling in clay, materials: clay, other modeling assortments, also such as you have in your imagination and experience. Such that we could build the resources of a modern or active Design Studio. Facing the need and opportunity to develop the company.

Our Studies-Design2life' - Poland, has a huge potential, but currently it requires support for finishing the interiors and equipping them with computer equipment to create new ones (at least three to five jobs), which is only an intermediate goal, only a certain stage to more noble goals that we want to approach professionally as a team with the resources gained thanks to the Foundation and my personal resources, including know-how and creativity.? The Foundation was created as a daughter in DCVC Sp. z o.o. - the main goal is to find funds for a more noble purpose: to prepare visualizations, presentations and preliminary technical documentation of the MEDI Bus-Design2life coach for transport, in the care and service of war veterans from different countries to various clinics for rehabilitation or treatments of distant institutions, specialist clinics in different countries, who will need non-standard comfort or health security during usually long-distance transport. This is a good time to think and prepare a special transport for war veterans who fought for the freedom of even Europe in the ongoing war period.

Running a company that is an independent owner of know-haw – and promotes an innovative project – I can't always and immediately hit certain solutions on my own and achieve quick success ?! Sometimes I have to organize something small, different, not standard, and in a gradual way, looking at it with gradual external support, so that it only survives, slowly blossoms and after some time the idea can turn into great potential. Such hardships usually lead to innovative, groundbreaking ideas. And I am convinced that this is exactly what my idea of NOE Design2Life in combination with the newly established initiative "Foundation2life - Special Bus" can be.
