I always struggled with the laws of mineral economics when I was in college and resorted to cramming them to get my credits. My question was, is and always will be, " How is it that we could use the same laws and rules for completely different geopolitical, socio-economic and resource bases? How could "under-developed Africa" use the same rules of economics with "developed" first world economies? In essence it basically meant that the scales would never balance ever which points to a brainwash mentality which was supposed to keep Africa in bondage chasing an unrealistic state of economics which have been drilled into us by endless pursuits of degrees, masters and doctorates. Unfortunately, the trumpet was too pompous when it blew thereby the message and the strategy got lost in the echos(chuckles), timing is everything by the way, let us then say the trumpet was ahead of time to the dismal failure of the plot. As they were busy flooding Africa with nearly defunct papers using the local masses to secure mine claims of critical mineral resources. There is a higher power who is omnipresent, omniscient and overall omnipotent. Contrary to popular belief, it is not the bullion that determines who is king of the mountain.

I know a man who was given ZAR1billion in USD equivalent at the time to buy and develop as many of the remaining Iron ore Haematite farmland in Kuruman and Kathu under supposed black empowerment, the catch to access the money was on condition he could go and convince Zimbabwe to sell-out her haematite as well. He presented bank guarantees for the billion rand but came up short because Zimbabwe using the very same Chinese market forecasts had pegged a lifetime guarantee on her Iron ore resource.
