Everyone seeks Understanding.

An understanding friend, an understanding boss, an understanding spouse, an understanding neighbour. And at the same time it is so very difficult to come across this quality.

As you strive to become better as a sales person you need to become aware of and develop Understanding. This then helps you to become a Trusted Advisor to clients.

Understanding = of the person, the company, its business, the industry and the competition.

When you develop understanding, you will be able to ask powerful questions and listen keenly to be able to help with problem solving.
