Developing Your Competition?

Investing in employees has short-term and long-term payoff. But many businesses worry that if they invest too heavily in employees, they’ll lose them—and possibly worse yet, lose them to a competitor.?So why not save your business the hassle and money spent on safety training, because it seems these days employees are hard to come by and often don’t stick around long.

However, we have seen an uptick of workers who may have chosen to leave their position and later asked to return for reemployment.?When questioned on their motivation for returning??Often one theme that is mentioned: the safety training offered and the resulting positive effects on culture.?The worker might not have “bought in” at the time of program implementation but when they left active employment for seemingly greener pastures, they immediately noticed there is security and confidence in a company that makes safety a priority.?And in situations where the employee may not have been re-employed, they themselves become ambassadors for our safety culture and program in the industry…”I worked somewhere and they made sure we had training on…or we had access to….”.?This creates a brand identity in the marketplace and invites workers that want to commit to an employer that makes safety and culture a priority. ?

The Best Investment You Can Make is your workforce.?Want to grow your business in ever challenging economic times??We are sewing the seeds offering quality training and time spent explaining the ‘why’ and in time we will reap the bounty of those efforts. Its cliché but grow your people and they will grow your business!?Safety is Success by Plan
