Developing Talent

When Harvey-Michael first started playing football at 5 years old the manager asked him to go in goal because no one wanted to, he duly obliged and sadly let a goal go through his legs and into the net - everyone laughed out loud except the opposing teams manager and myself, the opposing teams manager came round to see if Harvey-Michael was ok and he was, from that day on he has developed, trained and become one of the most wanted keepers in the local league and has been scouted by several professional clubs in the UK, above is a fond memory of his first training session at Oldham Athletic, he has not continued there because the training was often cancelled because of availability and weather. He has gone on to play football at various places and his most memorable experience was when he played at Benfica in Portugal. Harvey is still focused and learning every day, proving that you really can do and be anything that you want. Don't give up and prove you really are the best !
