Developing research and innovation leaders across Wales

HEFCW have engaged Advance HE (https://www.advance-he.ac.uk/au-ymlaen-yng-nghymru), on behalf of the higher education sector, to support the development of senior research and innovation leaders in Wales. The two-day online programme is for senior researchers who are seeking a strategic research and innovation leadership role in their institution.

The programme responds to the Reid Report1, ‘Strength in Diversity’, by exploring collaboration between Welsh institutions and developing future senior research and innovation leaders for Wales. Participants will explore the changing research and innovation landscape and the implications for institutions and Wales.

Guest speakers from organisations who will form part of the cohorts future strategic networking will contribute, e.g. RCUK, Welsh Government, HEFCW, Learned Society of Wales.
