Developing Future-Ready Talent For The Future Economy

My latest article on Forbes.com is now live. In this article, I suggested ways to help bridge the widening skills gap. The problems and challenges in education and related to skills gap often seem insurmountable. But, with the right debate, relentless pursuit and coordinated efforts, I hope this task can begin to seem a little more achievable.

At the same time, we have just completed Wiley Digital Skills Gap Index 2020 to help inform and guide APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) employers, educational institutions, multilateral agencies, and policymakers. We will share the rankings and report soon and hope a broader knowledge base will contribute to this never-ending mission. CM

Second this ?? "They include accelerating digital trajectories with large-scale support for digital transformation at the institutional and national levels, widening skills gaps due to rapid technological change and short innovation cycles, and a greater emphasis on soft skills"

This terrific article outlines a strong program that can help to fill the skills gap, and get people start and advance their careers. More important than ever. Thanks, Chor Meng!
